Liberty Hotel

Excellent breakfasts. For me usually a couple of fried eggs plus crispy bason with 2 double espressos but wife enjoyed the sweet tomatoes, cheeses and maybe a slice of cake from good selection, plus good range of fresh fruit. The room had all we needed and everything actually worked, for a happy change. Large fluffy towels and comfortable beds, decent aircon, quiet fridge, all efficient. Charming reception staff. suggest using them for taxis. Good local restaurants as recommended by hotel.

From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay truly special. Every member of the team was not only professional and courteous, but genuinely warm and attentive. Whether it was offering helpful local tips, assisting with last-minute requests, or simply greeting us with a smile each day, their availability and willingness to help made all the difference. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble – they were always present, proactive, and eager to ensure we had everything we needed. Their care and attention to detail created a welcoming atmosphere that truly set this hotel apart. It’s rare to experience such consistent kindness and efficiency across the entire team. A heartfelt thank you to everyone – your dedication and hospitality did not go unnoticed. We will absolutely be returning, and recommending this hotel to others without hesitation.

I loved the hotel's decor and the comfort and size of my room. It felt luxurious. All of the reception staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. I was particularly pleased to be able to park my rental car at the hotel (for 15 Euros per day), however there is space for only one guest's car so others should not rely on this being available. It is a short walk into the city centre.

The receptionists (Valentina who checked us in, and Silvio who checked us out) were both extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. They helped us with great enthusiasm, from getting into the carpark to getting the car from the carpark (and packing our luggage into the car safety). They were very pleasant and gave advice on local attractions. We were very impressed with both of them. The room was spacious, very pretty and well decorated. The bathroom has beautiful mosaics on the wall. The hotel was on a small street one small block away from a main street, which made it peaceful and quite easy to stop the car. Our room is on the ground floor right at the front, but we didn't hear anything from the street at all.

The interior was like walking back in time to an elegant English hotel! We had a suite which was spacious, although a little outdated. The amenities in the bathroom were outstanding! Fluffy robes & towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner…even items for the bidet. We stayed 2 separate nights & they were able to give us the same room & even had our luggage waiting for us. The staff was extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations, and arranged for an early cab…and coffee to go. The morning room was lovely as was the breakfast.
